Since Its slart over 20 years ago, RLCF has fought to develop the capaclty, skllls and potential of its communlty and meet identlfled needs. The RLCF Is a voluntary organlzatlon, for local groups consisting of Men, Women, Young People and Chlldren, In the Redburn Loughview area Including other voluntary and statutory agencles. The organlsallon uses it5 constltutlon In all its work., however, It adopts a Gommunlty development approach to all it5 work and has the followlng key values Equallty and Antl-dlscrimlnatlon, SoclaS Justlce, Collectlve AGIIoii, Community Empowerment.
