I confirm that I have inspected the income and expenditure accounts for Garryduff Flute Band covering the period of 1[st] April 2019 to 31[st] March 2020 and I find them to be in good order. 

The treasurer maintains a high standard of financial record keeping and banking and I am confident that all financial transactions which take place are both transparent and accurate. 

The band makes good use of its banking provider for the cheque payments that it makes for major purchases. 

The band continues to fulfil the obligations of its public benefit as stated on the Charity Commission NI website.  It has a proven track record of being successful in receiving significant grants from public bodies and through the organisation of fundraising and social events continues to command strong public trust and financial support.
