The Trustees of the Thoma5 Street Methodist Church Jones Bequest Fund have given
careful conslderation to the Charity Commission guidance on public benefrt to ensure
that the activities entered into during the year have achleved our objective of providing
finanaal grants to youth or8anisations attathed to Thomas Street Methodlsl Churth.
These finandal 8rants were used by the various youth or8anisatlons to help chlldren and
youn8 people between the ages of 3 and 18 to improve personal, social and spiritual
development. The or8anisations are open to any child or young person in the
community and at present there are rnembers from seven d4fferent ethnic backgrounds.

The Income from the charity 15 defived from investments hekl by Epworth Investment
Management In London. The value of the inve5trnent at 31 December 2019 exceeded a
milllon pounds and the income re￿Ved durin8 the year was £36,452. The grants paid
out amounted to rou8hly £24.148. The Charity has no outstanding liabllltles.
