PARISH OF IULCONRIOLA AND BALLYCLUG INDEPENDENT EXAMINERS REPORT TO THE CHARITY TRUSTEES OF THE PARISH OF KILCONRIOLA AND BALLYCLUG I report on the accounts of the charity for tbe year ended 3 1st December 2022, which are set out on pages 8 to 18. R￿peCtive responsibilities of charlty trustees and examiner As the chaTity'S trusfres you are responsible for the PTeparntion of the accounts in a¢cordance with the Ch&7ties Act (Northern Ireland) 2008. It is my responsibility to: ¢xamine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act follow the procethires laid down in the general Directions given by the Cornmission under section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act state whether particular matters have come to my attention. Basis of independent examiner'$ report I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and my examination was canied out in accordance with th¢ general Directions given by the Charity Commission forNorthern Ireland under section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act. My examination included a revi¢w of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those recor(Lg. It also included consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in th¢ accounts, and seeking explanations from you as charity trustees concerning any such matters. My role is to state whether any material matters have com¢ to my attention giving me cause to believe: l. That accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 63 of the Clwities Act 2. That the accowits do not accord with those accounting records 3. That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirement5 of th¢ Clwities Act 4. That there is further inforniation needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
