As the trustees of the charity land also its directors for th& purposes of company lawl you are rèsponsibl8 for
thè prèp8r8tion of the financial staltrmenls in accordance with the r&quiram&nts of the Companies Act 2006
Ithe 2006 Act).
Having satisfied oursalves that the financial statements of the charity are not required to be audited under Part
16 of the 2006 A¢1 and are Bligible for indeperident examinatic>n, we ret>ort in respect of our examination of the
charity's financial slal&ments carried out under section 65 of the Charf(ie8 Act. In carrying out our axaminalion
we have followed all the applir2ble Directions givan by the Charity Commission for Northsm Ireland under
section 65{9}Ib) of the Charities Act.

We have completed our examination. We confirm that no matters have come lo our att?ntion in CDnnection with
the examination giving us cause to believe that in any material respect.,
accounting records were not kept in respect of th2 charity as ￿qUIred by section 386 of the 2006 Act., or
the financial slalemenls do not accord with those records., or

We have no concerns and have come across no olhor matters In connection with thÉ examinatlon lo which
