AGM of Ballydougan Patchwork and Craft Group held in Bleary Farmers, Hall on 16 November 2022 at 10.00am Chairperson's report for year September 2021- May 2022 The Chairperson welcomed everyone to the meeting. The year commenced on 8 September 2021 and finished on 25 May 2022, average attendance was 20. We purchased a Sew Ezi table for our new machine which is now used regularly. We supported local charities as follows: Knitted Knockers for breast items Quilts for carers - 3 quilts made from old shirts Syringe driver bags for local hospital Teddies/hats/jumpers for local charities Used stamps for Guide Dogs for the Blind Terri Carville, Community Cookalong at TADA provided ingredients for us all to make a welcome stew. On 18 May 2022 we had a Jubilee Party celebrating 70 years of HM Queen Elizabeth. This was funded by a grant of £400.00 from ABC council. We had three tutors during the year, Jocelyn, Una and Heather B helped the group mak . different items. The accounts have been inspected and signed by an independent examiner and are available.
