The AGM of Ballydougan Patchwork and Craft Group held on 6 October 2021 in Bleary Farmers, Hall at 10.00am Chairperson's Report for year September 2020 - May 2021 The Chairperson welcomed everyone especially 2 new people Leonie and Angela The Chairperson thanked the outgoing comm¥ttee for their contribution to our Group over the past 4 years During the year 2020/2021 and due to covid we met a total of 9 Wednesdays. We obtained a grant from Daera for the following: floor standing sanitisers desk sanitisers thermometer tutor screen CD player sewing machine The accounts have been inspected and signed by an independent examiner. We continue to collect used stamps and bottle tops for charity. Nominations have been received for the following ladies to join the new committ Joan Parkes Heather Black Bernie O'Hare Elizabeth Wilson Heather Walker Pat Brown Anne Burke Noelle Menaul and DOr￿n remain committee members as foundation members.
