and perform audit procedures rcsponsive to those risks, and obtain audit evidence that is sufficient and appropriate to
provide a basis for our opinion. The risk of not detecting a material misstatement resulting from fraud is higher than for
one resulting from ¢rror, as fraud may involve collusion, forgery, intentional omissions, misrepresentations, or the
override of internal control.

evidence obtained, wh¢th¢r a material uncertainty exists r¢lat¢d to events or conditions that may cast Sl8nifi¢ant doubt on
the charitable company's ability to continue as a going concern. If we conclude that a material un¢¢rtainty exists, we are
required to draw attention in our auditovs report to th¢ related disclosures in the f￿anCIal stat¢ments or, if such
disclosui'es are inadequate, to modify our opinion. Our conclusions are based on the audit ¢videnc¢ obtained up to the
date of the auditor's report. However, future events or conditions may ¢aus¢ th¢ charitable company to cease to continue
as a going Gonoern.
Evaluate the oveizll presentation, structure and ¢ont¢nt of the financial statements, including the disclosures, and
whether the financial statements represent th¢ underlying transactions and ¢v¢nts in a manner that a¢hi¢v¢s fair
