**Purposes:** Advance the arts and culture in Northern Ireland, particularly in the Derry City and Strabane District Council area, and elsewhere as the directors determine (‘the area of benefit), in particular to promote: i)circus and street theatre as art forms by organising, promoting and presenting cultural, arts and leisure activities, events, performances and festivals; ii)access to circus arts, including through circus school and outreach projects which target children and young people, and their families; older people; people with disabilities; those who are disadvantaged; and bring people from different cultural backgrounds together; iii)cultural tourism and international arts and culture programmes and events.
