The trustees present their Trustees, Annual Report prepared in accordance with
Charities SORP (effective January 2015) and the independently examined
statements for the year ended 31 March 2023
Structure, Governance and Management
Roslea Community Centre Association is governed by its Constitution that was
adopted on 17 November 2015

Objoctlves and Activities
Objectives
Roslea Community Centre Association objectives are to promote the benefit of
the inhabitsnts of the Roslea area and rts immediate environs without distinction
of age, sex, ra￿, political or religious or other opinions, through the
management of the facilities at Roslea Community Centre as part of the
provision of recreation and community facilities provided by Fermanagh District
Council, by associating the statutory authorities, voluntary organizations,
institutions, business and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education
and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for health, recreation
and leisure time activities, with the object of improving conditions of lrfe for the
inhabitants.
Kay Activities in this Year
Key Activities focused on the provision of a range of social, educational and
recreational activities within Roslea Community Centre which is a purpose built
community centre provided by Fermanagh & Omagh District Council, for
members of the local community living within Roslea Village and surrounding
area, providing them with the opportunity to avail of activities that assist improve
their educational attainment, health, social interaction and their conditions of life
through accessing services that would not be normally be available to them
without the efforts of the association.
Roslea Communty Centre Association Trustees have considered Charity
Commission for Northem Ireland's general guidance on public benefrt when
reviewing our objectives and in planning our future activities to ensure that
these achieve the association's purposes and provide a benefrt to beneficiaries.
Financial Review
Review of Business
Roslea Community Centre Association is non-profit making with net income and
resources in this year of £8,321.52. The trustees continue to mange resources
in an efficient and sustainable manner.
Reserves Policy
Roslea Community Centre Association have a Reserves Policy. which requires
that reserves are built or maintained at a level which ensures that the
organisations core activities could continue during a period of unforeseen
difficulty and that the organisations known liabilities will be paid should the
organisation cease to trade.
Future Plans
Roslea Community Centre Association plan to continue to focus on controlling
costs, while maintaining the high standards of service to our beneficiaries.

STATEMENT OF TRUSTEES, RESPONSIBILITIES
for the year ended 31 March 2023
The Trustees are responsible for preparing the financial statements in
accordan￿ with applicable law and regulations.
The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which
disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the
chaiity and to enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with
all appropriate regulations. They are also responsible for safeguarding the
assets of the charity and
hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud
and other irregularities.
In so far as the trustees are aware:
there is no relevant information (information needed by the charity's
independent examiner in connection with preparing the independent
examiners report) of which the charity's independent examiner is
unaware, and
the trustees have taken all the steps that they ought to have taken to
make themselves aware of any relevant independent examiner
information and to establish that the charity's independent examiner is
aware of that information.
