The majority of which was obtained by the Spring Gala ball event(see below). Tesco "stronger starts, grant is still ongoing and the level of grant amount will be announced in November 24,. The uniforni stash shop remained open until Friday 28th June. Profits for the 23124 year to date are £275. PTA received sponsorship for 24 new hockey kit5 from Hutchinson engineering and Maine dental practice. We are absolutely delighted with the new kits and they will be ready for the 2024125 season. Pitch Progress Estco commenced work on the redevelopment of the school pitch during late July and we await the latest news re completion dat¢. Fundraising overview for academic year 202312024 The PTA have arranged numerous fundraising events during the academic year and we want to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support and generosity. Easyfunding and the Stash Shop are still ongoing. This year we have organised: Smartie Challenge - £1.625.75 Glow in the Dark Disco - £854.98 Christmas Raffle and Santa come to Gracehill - £5.188.45 Refreshm¢nts at Nativities - £530 Tuck Shop - £250.55 Gala Ball - £12.109 (includin8 donations towards the project) Summer Disco- £1,0 13 My Child's Art- £197.38 Celebration of Sport Day17 peaks challenge £487 During the year the PTA paid £6,600 to enhance the children play experienc¢ in the school playgrounds. I'd like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank the committee comprising of vice chair Laura Hutchinson and Sarah Wilkinson, secretary Rachcal Wilkinson and our treasurer Louise Montgomery. I also wish to thank the two teachers associated with the PTA during the year Miss Taggart & Mrs Mccluggage and Ms Fleck who helped during the lead up to the gala ball.
