Structure, Governance and Management
Kesh Senior Citizens Club - The Evergreens is governed by its Constitution
that was adopted on 22nd January 1998.
The trustees at the date of this report and those who served during the
financial year together with the dates of any changes are set out are listed
below.

Objectives and Activities
Objectives
Kesh Senior Citizens Club - The Evergreens is established to promote the
benefit of senior citizens and general community of the Kesh district of Co.
Fermanagh its environs (hereinafter called the 'area of benefit,) without
distinction of gender, sexuality, nationality, ethnic origin, political, religious or
other opinion, by associating the statutory authorities, voluntary organizations
and inhabitants in a common effort to promote environmental issues,
education, training, advice and infomation within the area of benefit, and to
provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure
time occupation.

Key Actlvltles in this Year
Kesh Senior Citizens Club - The Evergreens have 53 members who meet
monthly for a general meeting for ten months of the year usually at Kesh
Community Centre and participate in a range of social, recreational and
educational activities. Examples of activities have included 'Walking for
Health, Programme, Boccia, Luncheon Club, Chair exercises, Health Fair,
Infomiation Talks, Tea Dances, Easter Party, Summer Outings.
The Club also regularly visit other Senior Citizens Clubs and take part in
collective activities organised by other bodies such as South West Age
Partnership. The club also host members of other Club's at events in Kesh.
Kesh Senior Citizens Club - The Evergreens Trustees have considered
Charity Commission for Northern Ireland's general guidance on public benefit
when reviewing our objectives and in planning our future activities to ensure
that these achieve the club's purposes and provide a benefit to beneficiaries.

Review of Business
Kesh Senior Citizens Club - The Evergreens is non-profit making with net
income and resources in this year of £4372.80
The trustees continue to manage resources in an efficient and sustainable
manner.
Reserves Policy
Kesh Senior Citizens Club - The Evergreens have a Reserves Policy, which
requires that reserves be built or maintained at a level which ensures that the
clubs core activities could continue during a period of unforeseen difficulty and
that the clubs known liabilities will be paid should the organisation cease to
trade.
Future Plans
Kesh Senior Citizens Club - The Evergreens plan to continue to focus on
controlling costs, while maintaining the high standards of service to our
beneficiaries.
STATEMENT OF TRUSTEES, RESPONSIBILITIES
for the year ended 3110812024
Kesh Senior Citizens Club - The Evergreens Trustees are responsible for
preparing the financial statements in accordance with applicable law and
regulations.
The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which
disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the
charity and to enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with
all appropriate regulations. They are also responsible for safeguarding the
assets of the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention
and detection of fraud and other irregularities.

In so far as the trustees are aware:
there is no relevant information (infonnation needed by the charity's
independent examiner in connection with preparing the independent
examiners report) of which the charity's independent examiner is
unaware, and
the trustees have tsken all the steps that they ought to have taken to
make themselves aware of any relevant independent examiner
information and to establish that the charity's independent examiner is
aware of that infonnation.
