**Purposes:** The purpose of the company as outline in objects (4) according to our Articles & Memorandum are - The advancement of community development and the promotion of the benefit of the inhabitants of the Artigarvan and Ballymagorry areas and their environs with County Tyrone bound by the wards of Strabane District Council without distinction of age, gender, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, thnic identity, politicial or religious opinion, by associating the statutory authorities, community and voluntary organisations and the inhabitants in a common effort to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure-time occupation, with the object of fostering a community spirit and improving the conditions of life for the benefit of the inhabitants and in particular to - a) the provision, maintenance and management of a community centre for the use of the inhabitants for activities to promote or facilitate the company including use for meetings, lectures, classes and other forms of recreational and leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants, b) to support community development, social inclusion and wellbeing activities and to work with partners to support and improve the conditions of the inhabitants in rural life, c) to promote or assist in the promotion, facilitation and organisation of community capacity building programmes and projects for the benefit of the inhabitants within the area of benefit, d) to advance any other exclusively charitable purpose as the directors, may from time to time, decide in accordance with the law of charity.
