I report on the accounts for the ppriod I se.ptember 2023 10 31, August 2024, which is set out separately.
Respective responsibilities of Trustees and Examiner.
The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparalion of the accounts. The charity's trustees consider that an
audit is not required for this year under section 144121 of the Charities Act 2011 Ithe 2011 Act) and that an
independent examination is needed.

examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accoijnts
presented with ihose rpcords. It also includes consideralion of any unusudl itpms or disclosures ￿n the accounts, and
seeking explanations from you as Irustees concerning any such mdttcrs. The prorodure.s undertakpn do not provide
all the evidence that would be require.d in an audit and c.onseqiiently no opinion is givpn as to whethp.r the accounts
present a'true and fair view, and the report is limited to those. matters spt out in the. next statement.
