Directors & Trustees Responsibilities
The direLlors (and Trustees) are responsible for preparing the tinancial statements in accordance with
applicable law and regulations.

In preparing those financial statements, the directors are required to
select suitable accounting policies and then apply them conslstently;

departures disclosed and explained in the financial statements.
prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to presume
that the company will continue in operation.
The directors are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which disclose with reasonable
acci￿acY at any time the fmancial position of the company and to enable them to ensure that the financial
statements comply with the Companies Act 2006 and Charities Act (Nt) 2008. The directors are also
responsible for safeguarding the &ssets of the company and hence for taking reasonable steps for the
prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.
Small Company Provisions
This report has been prepared in accordance with the special provisions for small companies under Part 15
of the Companies Act 2006.
Statement of Compliance
In setting our objectives and planning our activities for the year the trustees have given careful
consideration to the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland's guide on Public Benefit to ensure that the
activities have helped to achieve the Charity's puryose and provide a benefit to the beneficiaries.
