**Purposes:** The Association is established to relieve poverty, sickness, disability and to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Fairmount Park, and district area of Dungannon and its environs (hereinafter described as “the area of benefit”) without distinction of gender, sexual orientation, martial status, class, disability, ethnic identity, political, religious or other opinion and in particular to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for education, recreation and leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants. By fostering an atmosphere of mutual support among people and encouraging them to provide support and encouragement to each other.
