The association was estsblished for charitable objects and purposes only and was established to
promote the benefif of the inhabitants of the Mounffield area and its immediate environs without
distinction of age. se¥. ra￿. political or religious or other opinions. by associating the statutory
authoiities. voluntary organisations. institutions. business and inhabitants in a tommon effort to
advance education and to provide facilities in the inte￿$t5 of social welfare for health, recreation
and leisure-time occupation and to prornote all or any objects for the benefit of the community
which now or hereafter may be deemed by law to be charitable. In furtherance of these objects, but
not further or otherwise. the association may obtasn. collect and receive moneys and funds by wav
of contributions, donations, affiliation fees, subscriptions. legacies, grants, any other lawful method-
affiliate to or accept affiliation from anybody having objects similar to those of the association,
nder administrative and financial 5er¥ices to other local 8roups havin8 similar objects; arrange and
provide for orioiD in arranging and providin8 for the holdin8 of exhibitions, meetings, lectu￿5 and
classes.
The association is 8ovemed by a constitution.
