In furtherance of these objects, but not further or otherwise, the association may obtain, collect and receive moneys and funds by way of contributions, donations, affiliation fees, subscriptions, legacies, grants, any other lawful method,. affiliate to or accept affiliation from anybody having objects similar to those of the association, render administrative and financial services to other local Broups having similar objects,. arrange and provide for or join in arranging and providing for the holdin8 of exhibitions, meetings, lectures and classes. The association is governed by a constitution.
