The company is established to advance the education of children below compulsory school age, with particular reference to children living in the area of benefit by the provision of nursery education at the Day Nursery at Clooney Family Centre or such other address as may from time to time be relevant. b) provide recreational and leisure time facilities for young persons from 0 years until 5 years living within the area of benefit so to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capacities that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society and that their conditions of life may be improved. c) provide the facilities in objects 3A and 3B for children who are in need of care and attention because of their parents' economic or special domestic circumstances. The provision of three facilities will provide care for children who may be in need because of personal additional needs or special domestic circumstances and will also improve health outcomes, reduced levels of stress and anxiety whilst promoting equality, diversity, reconciliation and harmony.
