PURPOSES
Bawn Youth Club was established to promote the benefrt of young people in The Bawn and
surrounding area.within the South Tyrone area of Mid Ulster District Council.
The objectives to improve the conditions of life for these young people by way of providing
leisure time activities so as to develop their physical, mental and emotional well being so thal
they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society.
The Charity's objects I"Qbjects"l are specifically restricted to the following..
All young people behveen the age of four years to seventeen years and to individual members over
the age of 18.
BENEFICIARIES
The young people of Bawn Youth Club have all beneffted by way of youth club activities within the
Bawn Hall during the year.
Youth club activities take place in the hall on a V￿klY basis.
This year virtually all of the Youth Club activities ￿nIred In the ¥icinty of the Bawn Hall
They also enjoyed a Christmas Party with all the trappings of Christmas fayre.
ACTIVITIES
As stated above .. the youth club remained very active throughout the year.
Mosl of the activities took Pla￿ In the hall and under the required supeTrision.
The young people enjoyed all those activities associated with youth clubs. That is -.table tennis, volley
ball, board and table games, as well as indoor football.
They also enjoyed a Christmas party with all of the usual Christmas fayre.
ACHIEVEMENTS
HOW MAIN ACTIVITIES HAVE BENEFITED BENEFICIARIES
We as a management committee are satisfied we have the delivered the objectives to our
beneficiaries_ All of these benefrts are activrty related V￿th no financial gap to anyone.
We acknowledge and app￿cIate our sour￿5 of income which was mainly grant aid from youth
Service of the Education Authority and as set out in our accounts.

The committee al all times have had regard for the Public Benefft Guidance as issued by the Charity
Commission INI) in all decisions where the guidance was relevant.
Financial position has been mainlained in accordance wrth guidelines as set out in our constitution.
FINANCIAL REVIEW AT END OF YEAR
FINANCIAL POSITION AT END OF YEAR.'Our treasurer is meticulous ensuTir)g no improprieties.
As can be seen we have a very limrted cash flow and all monies received is ultimately for the benefit
of our yOLrth club members.
We have no outstanding debts or liabilities at the end of the financial year.
It is our policy to utilise all moneys before the end of the financial year {3111212017) and only
maintain a minimal balance in the account at year end.
RESTRICTIONS ON WHO CAN BENEFIT
There are no restrictions on who can benefft apart from age range.
We do not charge any fees.
There are no charges lo access any events or services.
There are no festridions based on personal charactenstics.
PUBLIC BENEFIT
The direct benefrts which flow from The Club have contnbuted to improving the conditions of life for
all of our youth club members who are admitted in Complian￿ wth section 75.
Other Benefits included .educational, and personal development through engaging and leading in
all of the various youth club activities..
PRIVATE BENEFIT
There is no private benefit to any individual.
HARM
No harm has flowed from any of our Purposes.
SERIOUS INCIDENT REPORTING
There are no serious incidents to report.
VULNERABLE BENFICIARIES
Appropriate Policies, Procedures and Training are in place such as Child Protection Policy.
STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE
The Trustees have complied wrth their duty to have due regard lo the Charity Commission Nl's
Public Benefit Guidance when exercising any powers or dutie5 to which the guidance is relevant.
The success of the work of The Bawn Youth Club is possible mainly due to the funding of the
Education Authonty and the leaders who volunteer their ts"me.
