**Purposes:** 3.1    The Club is established to promote the benefit of young people in the Bawn area within Dungannon and South Tyrone Borough (hereinafter called the "area of benefit"), with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants, without distinction of age, sex, race, political, religious or other opinion; and to educate and assist such young people through their leisure-time activities so as to develop their physical, mental and emotional capacities so that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society.
