The aim of the Group is to uthance the development and education of children under statutory
school oge by encoura9ing porents/9uardions to ￿derStand and provide for the needs of their
children by:
(a)
Of fering appropriate play facilities. with the right of porents/carers to take
responsibility for and to become involved in the activities of the group. ensurin9
that the 9roup offers opportunities for all children, resordless of religion.
culture. race or means.
(b)
Encouragin9 the study of the needs of such children (md their families and
promotiry public interest in and recognition of such needs of such children and
their families in the local oreas.
(c)
To support the values and principles of Early Years.
(d)
Revtew and enhance the continued work on f undraisiw for the settir9. as the
current cost of liviryj crisis is impactin9 the local community as a whole.
(e)
Increased promotion of the playgroup in the local areA
The f ollowin9 trustees present have re9ard to the Commission's Public benef it requirement
statutory guidance and are permitted to appoint one or more new charity trustees by w(ry of o
maJor¢ty vote.
