The Trustegs present their annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2023
The financial slalements have been prepared in accordance with the accounlirsg policies sel out in note 1 to the financial
slalemenls and comply with the charity's conslilution, the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 and "Accounting and
Reporting by Charities.. Slalemenl of Recommended Practice applicable lo charities preparing their 2CCOkJnls in
accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the Up and Republic of Ireland IFRS 1021 las amended
for accounting periods commencing from l January 20161
Objectives and activiti•s
To promole the health and wellbeing of the inhabi18nls of the whole village, lo provlde assistance, advice and lo
advance education to all people in the vi118ge.
Our aim is lo run yearly aclivili8S, 1.8. feles, classes. training and education81 events.
The Trusloes have paid due regard lo guidance issued by the Charity Commission in deciding what activities the ch8rily
should undertakè.
Achievements and perfomiance
The group held a King's Festival which was open and allended by p80ple of all backgrounds. Vve continually run
classes and courses throughout the year.
Flnancial revlew
The charity sacur8d funding from Causeway Coa$l and Glens Borough Councll lo the sum of £2,000 and £1,237 from
Northern Ireland Housing Executive.
The charity also received funds from Groundwork & Crum
Structure, governance and management
The charily is a Registered charity, govemed by the Constitution wllh a day to Llay oversight by 8 management
committee of local Indivlduals.
