Friends of VlsPa was created to assist in fundraising
efforts to provide finanaal support to VisPa Emmanuel
Centres in ￿sUM￿. Kenrd.
WisPa provides education support and shelter for highly
vulnerable children.
Child Sponsorship is a key fundraising activity to
provide finanaal support for the education and
deve￿ment of school chlldren at ￿Spa.
The name of the person. or body of persons,
pemiitted by the trusts of the charity to appoint one
¢x more new charity trustees and a description of the
method used to make suth appointments.
The trustses of Friends of WisPa may appoint new
trustees.
Trustees are appointed to meet the skllls, knowledge
and experien￿ needed for the effective administration
of the charfty.

The charlty has continued to ralse funds from the
publlc In the fomi of child sponsorshlp and also throu8h
other fund-raising projects to fund capital projects such
as new school buildings. Donors are usually allocated a
specific Kenyan child whom they support on an ongoing
basls In order to provide the necessary funding for the
Kenyan thildren's education.
A review of the Charitrfs financial position at the end
of the year
The UK charity can only donate the funds it raises to
Kenya In temis of child Sponsorship and building
Pfojeds.
Funds are generally remitted to Kenya monthly.
The charfty endeavours to attract new donors on an
annual basls, and those donors tend to be
acqualntances of some of the Indivlduals who vlslt the
work of VlsPa each year in Kenya.

materialty in deficil at the end of the year and steps
