I have ex8mined the Receipts and Payments Account and the Investment Account [the Accountsl for
the year ended 30th June 2022 as reqUI￿d under Section 6512) of the Charltles Att and my
examination was carried out in accordance with the General Dlrectlon5 given by the CCNI.
My examlnation Included a review of the accountlns ￿COrdS kept by you and these were cornpared
with the Recelpts and Payments Account and the Investment Account. It a150 Included consideration
of any unusual item5 or disclosures in the two Account5 and wh¢re necessary seeking explanatlons
from vou concernlnK any such matter5.
My role Is ts state whether any material matters have Gome to my attentlon giving me cause to
bellev•:
l. That accountlng records were not kept In accordance with section 63 of the Charities Act
2. That the Accounts do not accord with those ac¢ountin8 records
3. That the Accounts do not comply with the accountlng requirements of the Charlties Act
4. That there is further infcrmatlon needed for a proper understandirlg of the Accounts to be
reached
