Basls of Independent exarniner's report
I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and my
examination was carried out In accordance wlth the general Dlrections given bythe Charity
Commission for Northern Ireband under section 65191{bl of the Chariknes Art.
My examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of
the accounts presented with those records. It al￿ included consideratlon of any unusual items or
disc105ures In the accounts, and seeking explanattons from you as charity trustees concerning any
such matters.
My role is to stste whether any materlal matters have come to my attention gi4ryrE me cause to
believe:
l. That accountlng records were not kept in accordance wrth section 63 of the CharitSes Art
2. That the accounts do not accord with those accounting recotds
3. That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of the Charitie5 Att
4. That there Is further information needed for a proper understsnding ofthe accounts to be
reached.
