Independent examiner's report to the trustees of St Paul's, Parish of Kildollagh. I report on the accounts of the Trust for the year ended 31" December 2022 , which are set out on pages 13 to 17. Basls of Independent examiner's reporL I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and my examinatr'on was carried out in accordance with the general Direth'on given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65(9)(b) of the Charib'es Act. My examination included a review of the account'ng records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts wesented with those records. It also induded considerab'on of any unusual items or disdosures in the accounts, and seelong explanations from you as charty trustees concerning any such matters. My role is to sate wthether any material matters have come to my attention given me cause to believe: l. That accounting records vRre not kept in accordan￿ with section 63 of the Charities Act 2. That the accounts do not accord wth those accounts'ng records 3. That the accounts do not comply wth the accountr'ng requirements of the Charits'es Act 4. That there is further information needed for a proper understsnding of the accounts to be reached.
