RESPECTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES OF TRUSTEES AND EXAMINER The charity's trustees are responsibl¢ for the preparation of the accounts. The charit￿5 trustee5 consider thal an audit is nol required for this year and that an independent examination is needed. It is my reswnsibility to state wh¢th¢r particular matters have come to my attention. BASIS OF INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S STATEMENT My examination includes a review of the ac¢ouniing records kept by the Charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with Ihose records. It also in¢lude5 consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the a¢￿unts, and seeking explanations froin you as trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the eviden¢e thai would be required in an audit and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a 'lrue and fair vicw, and the report is limit￿ to those m8tters set out in the slatement below.
