I report on the accounts of the charity for the year ended 31 December 2022, which are set out on pages 2 to 4.

As the charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparalion of the accounts in accordance with the
Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.

examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charilies Aet

65(9){b) of ihe Charities Act
state whether particular matters have come to my attention.

I have examined your chariry accounis as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and my examination
was carried oul in accordance with the generul Direciions given by ihe Charity Commission for Nonhern
[rel￿d under section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act.
My examination included a revi¢w of the a¢counting records kept by the chllrity and a comparison of the
accounts presented with those records. It also included consideraiion of any unusual items or disclosures in
the accuunis, and seeking explanations from you as charity truslees concerning 8ny such matters.
