Child protection policies are in place and training takes place periodically for all those involved in this work. All are aware of their responsibilities regarding reporting requirements. Bangor Congregational Church is governed by its constitution, Covenant and Code of Dortrine 2009. The charities main activities are varied with all our focus on public worship servlces each Sunday morning and evening which promote the Christian faith through faithful bible teaching In order to bring Christian hope and purposeful living for people of all ages. Our purposes lead only to good and has no harmful effects. Our activities within the church are varied and ￿ach out to all age groups wlthin the community. Bible seekers meet on Thursday evenings with an average of 10 young people attending. We use youth designed material to promote biblical principles that endorse good living within the community. Bible seekers take part in various church services during the year which are regularly attended by parents and friends which indicates their ongoing support. Ladies fellowship meet monthly Y4hich has a varied fonnat from craft demonstrations to guest speakers. Usually there are about 10 attendees. Adhoc gifts to support mission are given. A bible study and prayer meeting occur on Wednesday evenings that take the format of studying aspects of the Christian faith, engaging in public prayer and at times having a mission guest. The church is proactive in supporting Christian mission Whe￿ regular opportunities are offered for the cOng￿gatIon to finanoally support. Throughout the year £4360 was given to Christian mission causes.
