**Purposes:** The Church universal, which is invisible, consists of the whole number of the elect that have been, are, or shall be gathered into one body under Christ, the Head thereof and is the Spouse, the Body, the fullness of Him that filleth all in all.  We believe the local Church is that body of people have confessed Jesus as the Son of God and have believed and trusted in Him as their Saviour and Lord. The Lord Jesus Christ is the head of the Church and as such by His Holy Spirit, has authority over the whole Church to direct and inspire it in all the activities, outreach and worship.
