a. Review of activities
In 2025 we have organised and managed (interdenominational and cross community) prayer for Stormont
politicians via Zoom lon 1 occasion) and by meeting physically in the building on 8 occasions. These meetings
conslilule the major part of our regular activrty and we are grateful for sUPPOrt received from the Even15
Department and that we are able to meet to pray in our place of govemmenl.
We also participated in prayer support for the nats'onal SEND inibats've as well as being part of the leadership
team, organising monthly prayer Wdtches and *orship meetings across the churches in Bangor (Light of the
Worldl. These have been well received and we are hoping for ongoing increased momentum with the Bangor
meetings.
In July 2025 we also hosted ts¥o key Australian prayer leadefs for an explor*ory tour of Ireland lo visit siles and
to meet various leaders. We are l¢)oking foward now to h¢￿tir0 a full coach-load of leaders from Australia in
September 2026.
Our networking, and relational acliwties have also conbnued and have seen a number of physical meetings wlh
various groups. We continue lo maintsin regular contact with prayer leaders aeross Ireland. England. Scotland,
Wales, Isle of Man. and the Channel Islands as s%ell as farther afield and were pleased to join wlh them for
Several days at their annual meeting, this year in Wrtney during May 2025.
We continue lo have meth'ngs a nefv￿rk of participants from the house church movement in England Ibul
also some from Vvales, Scotland and USI. Aso. our relationships wlh the North Devon House of Prayer as well
as with various local (Northern Ireland) prayer inth'alives remains healthy. We also participate vhen we are able
th an all-lreland prayer watch held usually In Athlone. Such connections bring infomation and encouragement
for our own circle of support and we, in lum. are able to unite with and lo encourage others.
In 2025 we continued lo maintain our websrte and social media presence and WTole and di5seminaled daily
devotiona15 through the Lent and Advent seasons. From feedback received we believe these have been of
encouragement in a variety of church and individual circumstsnces.
Overall therefore, acts'vitie$ have been posrtive, and have seen benefits in the areas of encouragement and in
building and maintaining relationships.
Thi5 year, once again have not engaged in formal fundraising and have relied on regular donations and some
saved balance. We finish the year a posrtive bank balance. We shall prayerfulty keep our funding under
review, bLJI we have reserved sufficient lo cover our overheads.
Overall, we remain very conscious of Ihe critical need for prayer for our communth'es in these days of rapid social
change, of polrtical uncertainty and increased ￿￿r1d instability. Once again, much of our work this year has been
encouraging and connecting b*ilh indiwdual people and other prayer mini51ries both within Northern Ireland and
also across the rest of the UK and the Republic of Ireland that have a heart for prayer and community
transfomiations. We remain open to the counsel and ailvice from ¢)ur Commrtlee of Reference and look fotward
to the challenges ahead.
