 (ii)\tto promote or assist in promoting community capacity building programs and projects for the benefit of the inhabitants within the \tarea of benefit who have need of such assistance as a result of their youth, age, disability or infirmity, or social and economic \tcircumstances, in an effort to increase the abilities, life skills and self-\tconfidence of such communities in the area of benefit;  (iii)\tto relieve persons in conditions of need, homelessness, hardship, \tdistress or sickness arising therefrom whether in connection with housing or accommodation or shelter or any other purposes (whether by loan gift the provision of accommodation or shelter or in any other way) in the Belfast area and in such other parts of Northern \tIreland, in \tparticular but not exclusively as the trustee directors may from time to time decide in accordance with the law of charity;
