I report to the irustees on my examlnation ol the financial Siatemenis of The Web Theair• Ltd {'the
charity,) lor the year ended 31 March 2023.
Responsibilitles and Basls ot Report
As the trustees of Ihe company (and also ils directois for the purposes of company lawl you are
responsible for the preparation of the linancial siaiemenls in accordance with Ihe requiremenis of
Charities Act {Northern Ireland) 2008 {Ihe '2008 Act.) and the Companies Acl 2006 {'the 2006 Aci.).
You are salisfied Ihat the accounts of the company are not requiied by charily or company law to be
audiled and have chosen instead to have an independeni examination.
Having saiislied mysell that the accounts ol the company are not required to ba audited under Part 16
of the 2006 Act and are eligible for independent examinalion, I report in respecl of my examinalion of
Ihe charity's financial statements as carried oul under seclton 65 of Ihe 2008 Acl. In carrying out my
examination I have followed the general Direclions given by Ihe Charity Comrnission lor Northern
Ireland under seclion 65{9){b) of Ihe 2008 Acl.

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no rnatters have come lo my attention in conr*ction
wilh my examinalion giving rne cause io believe that in any material rèspect..
accounting records were noi kepi in respeci of the charity as required by seciion 386 of the
2006 Aci,. or
the financial slatemenls do not accord with those records; or
the financial staiemenis do not comply wllh the accovnllrKJ requlremenls of section 396 of
the 2006 Act other than any requirement Ihal Ihe accounls give a 'true and lair, vlew whl¢h
is not a matter considered as part of an independeni examination; or
Ihe financial statements have not been prepared in accordance with the methods and
principles ol Ihe Statement of Recommended Pracllce lor accountlng and reportlng by
charities applicable io charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial
Reporting Slandard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102).
