INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES OF RIVERSIDE COMMUNITY
ENTERPRISES LTD
I report on the financlal statements of the company for the year ended 31 October 2022 which
are set out on pages 6 to 13.
This report is made solely to the company's Trustees, as a body in accordance with section
65{3)lal of the Charities Act Northern Ireland 2008 and regulations made under section 66 of the
Act. My Work has been undertaken so that I might state to the company's Trustees those matters
l am required to state to them in an Independent examiner's report and for no other purpose. To
the fullest extent permitted by law, I do not accept or a55ume fesponsibility to anyone other
than the company and the company's Trustees as a body, for my work of this report.
Respective responsibilitles of trustees and examiner
As the cornpany's Trustees land also the directors of the company for the purpose ol company
lawl you are responslble f or the preparation of the flnancial statements in accorda nce with the
requirements of the Companies Act 2006. Having satisfied myself that the company is not
subject to audit under company law, and is eligible lor Independent exarnination.
It is my responsibillty to:
examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charitles Act
follow the procedures laid down in the general Dire¢tlDns glven by the Commisslon under
section 6519llbl of the Charities Act
state whether particular matters have come to my attention,
Basis of Independent Examiner's report
I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and ffty
examination was carried out in accordance with the gener31 directions given by the Charity
Commission for Northern Ireland under section 6519llbl of the Charities Act.
My examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a
comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It was also included consideration of
any unusual items or disclosures in the account5, and seeking explanations from you as charity
trustees concerninR any such matters.

My role is to state whether any malerial matters have come to my attention giving me cause to
believe:
