INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT INTO ACCOUTrffS OF NEPTUNE'S SPECIAL OLYMPICS CLUB I report on the accounts of Neptune's Special Olyrnpics Club for the year September 2016 10 August 2017, which are set out on the fcAlowing pages. As the chartvs trustees you are responsible for the preparttion of the accounts In accordance with the Charities Act (North8m Ireland) 2008. It is my responsibility to: 1. examine the accounts uThler section 65 of the Charities Act 2. follow the procedures laid dovm tn the general Directions given by the Commission under section 65191{b) ot the Charities Act 3. stat8 wh8ther particular mattets have corne to my altention. I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and my examination was carried (Krt in accordance with the general Directions gwen by the Charity Comrni5sion for Northern Ireland under section 65{9)(bl of the Charities Act. My examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the charity arvj a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual ilems or dlsclosures in the accounts. and seeking explanations frorn you as charlty trustees conceming any swh rnatters. My role is to stale whether any material matters have come to my attention giving me cause to believe: 1. That accounllng records were not kepl in accordance with section 63 of the Charities Act ?.
