As the chariVs trustees you are responsible forthe prepardtion of the accounts in accordance
with the Charities Act INFI 2008.
It is SCEP'S responsibility to:
Examine the accounts under sertion 65 of the Charities Act
To follow the procedures laid down in the generdl dirertions given by the Charity
Commission under sertion 65 {9) (b) of the Charities Act.
To state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
3asls of Independent examlnerfs statement
An examination has been conducted by an independent per50n. They have carried it out in
accordance with the general directions given by the Charity Comm155ion Nl under section 65
191 Ib) of the Charities Act.
The examlnation induded a review of the accountlng records kept by the charity and a
comparison of the accounts presented with those record5. It also included consideration of
any unusual items of disdosures in the accounts and seekin8 explanations from you as charity
trustees concerning any such matters.
The examinerfs role is to state whether any material matters have come to their attention
giving cause to belleve:
l. That accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 63 of rfthe Charities
Act.
2. That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records.
3. That the accounts do not compty with the accounttng requlrements of the Charities
Act.
4. That there is further infomiation needed for a proper understandin8 of the accounts
to be reached.

I have completed an examination and have no concerns in respect of the matters listed 1-4
