Independent Examination Report
We have independent]y examined the financial statements on pages 2 to 3 for the period ended 31
August 2024.
Respective Responsibilities of Trustseslcommittee and Independent Examiner
As required by legislation, as the charity's trusteeslcommittee you are responsible for the
preparation of these financial statements. It is our responsibility to cary out an examination of the
financial statements and to issue a report based on that examination. We have read the Charity
Commissioners, Guidance Notes on Independent Examination and confirm that we are suitably
qualified to act as an independent examiner.
Scope of Examlnation
The examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity
Commissioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the group.
We planned our examination as to obtain all the information and explanations which we consider
necessary to provide us with sufficient evidence to give reasonable assurance that the financial
statements are free from material misstatement whether caused by fraud or other irregularity or
error.
Independent examiner's statement
We have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to
which attention should be drawn in this report to enable a proper understanding of the financial
statements to be reached.
