financial statements. It is our responsibility to cary oul an examination of the finan¢ial statem¢nts and to
issue a i'eport based on that examination. We have read the Charity Comn]i&sioneLS' Guidance Notes on
Independent ExamAnation and confinn that we are suitably qualified to act as an independent exajniner.
Scope of Ei xamination
Th¢ ¢xaminatioll was carried out in accordan¢¢ with the General Directions given by the ch￿lty
Coinmissioners. An examination includes a revlew of the accounting record8 kept by the group.
We planned our ¢xaininatiorL a8 to obtain all the infoTLnation and eKplanation8 which we consider necessary in
order to provid¢ us with sufficient evidence to Eive reasonable assurance that th¢ financial stateinents are fr¢¢
from material misstateLnent whether caused by fiaud or other irregularlty or error.
Opinion
In our opinion the financial statements give & true and fair view of the slate of the Charity's affairs for th¢ year
ended 31 August 2023.
