Camowen Outreach is an non rnembership organisation whith has been set up to help the
rural community in the Camowen district of Omagh. Meetings and activitse5 are held in
Edenderry Parish Church Hall. 87 Crevenagh Road. Omagh.
The group helps the local ¢ommunity by applying for funding to organise community events to
help with social isolation and exdusion in the surrounding njral area.
The activities which took place over the period January to De￿mber 2023 were as follows..
we re￿iVed the funding in from DAEFiA to cover the expenses paid out for folding tables, we
had a Coronation Celebration to celebrate the King's Coronation which wa5 unfunded.we held
an UIster-S￿ts Christmas Celebration. All grants have been re￿iVed to date and all fully
paid out again.
We received funding from FODC io help running costs, Ulster-scols Agency to njn an
Ulster-scots Christmas Celebration. Daera funding is late at roll out last yaer and has still not
been rolled out We are very grateful for the funding which we re￿]ve as this enables us to
deliver a Servi￿ to our community at a redU￿d rate and pay the rent for our ptemises. We
also had a small draw at Chrrstmas to raise fund5 for our Chrtstmas Celebration. At the end of
the financial year. charity funds tot2lled £3.075.80.
