As the charity's Trustees you ar& resFx)nsibla for the preparation of the accounts in
accordance ￿11th the Charilies Act (Northem Ireland) 2008.
It 18 my responsibilty to:
Examino the accounts under section 65 of the Charilies Act.
Follow the procedures laid down in the Genèral Directions given by th8 Commission
under seclion 65{9) (b) of the Charities Act.
Stat8 whether particular matters have come to my attention.

I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and
my examination was carried out in accordan￿ with the general Directions given by the
Charity Commisston for Northern Ireland urKler section 699) (b) of the Charities Act.
My 8xamination included a of the accounting records kept by the Charity and a
omparison of the accounts presenled with those records. It also inGluded ￿nSideration of
any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations from you as
