accordanGe with th& Chariti8s Act (Northem Ireland) 2008.
It is my responsibilty to:
Examine Ihe accounts under section 65 of the Charitiès Act.
Follow the procedu￿S laid down in thè Ganèral Directions given by the Commission
under section 6519) (b) of the Charwbes Act.

I have examined your Gharty accounts as required under section 65 of the Chariti8s Acl and
rny examination was carried out in accordan￿ with the general Directions gtven by Ihe
Charity Comrnission for Northem Ireland urKler section 65(9) (b) of the Charities Act.
My èxamination included a rewew of the accounting records kept by the Charity and a
comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also included consideration of
any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeknng explanations from you as
charity Trustees conceming any such matters.
My role is to state whether any material matters have come to my att&ntion giving me cause
to believe=
1. That accounting records were r￿t kept in aC(X)rdan￿ with sedion 63 of the Charities
Acl.
2. That the accounts do not accord with those a(xounting records
3. That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of the Charities
Act.
4. That there is furthèr infom)ation needad for a proper understanding of the accounts
to be reached
