**Purposes:** The purposes of Fairhill Youth Centre are specifically restricted to the promotion of the benefit of children and young people in Maghera and its environs (hereinafter called the area of benefit)  and to educate and assist such children and young people through their leisure time activities so as to develop their physical, mental and emotional capacities so that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society and so that their conditions of life may be improved and ancillary to this foregoing:-  to advance any other exclusively charitable purpose as the Directors may from time to time decide in accordance with the law of charity in Northern Ireland.
