**Purposes:** The trustees shall hold the trust fund and its income upon trust to apply them for the following objects:  1.	The relief of poverty and suffering through the provision of assistance through humanitarian aid.  The aid is for the benefit of local people within the Sighasoara area of Romania.   2.	If additional funds are available within the charity the secondary object is to: 3.	Provide support/donations to missionaries and missionary societies as agreed by the trustees and donations to charities that help through terminal illness such as cancer etc.
