The charity is a charitable compony limited by guarantee and wos set up 21 December 2006. It is
governed by a memorandurn and articles of os50CiOtion. Its objects are to provide supported contact in
a neutral communlty venue to enable children to develop ond maintain positive relotionships with non-
resident parents and other family members.
The trustees are responsible for preparing the Annual Report and the financial statements in accordonce
with applicoble law and regulotions.
Law applicable to chorities in Northern Ireland require the trustees to prepare tinonciol statements for
each financial year which give a true and fair view ot the chority's financial octivities during the year und
of its financiol position at the end of the year. In preparing these financial statements, the trustees are
required to:
select suitable accounting policies and then opply them consistently;
moke judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent;
stote whether opplicable UK accounting stondards ond statements of recommended practice
have been followed:
prepare the financial 5tatement5 on the going concern basls unless it is inoppropriate to
presume that the charity will continue In operation.
The trustees are responslble for keeplng accounting records that disclose with reasonable accuracy the
flnancial position of the charity and which enable them to ascertain the financial position of the charity
and which enable them to ensure that the financial Statements comply with (applicoble law, regulotions
and trust deed). They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and hence for toking
reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.
The trustees do not believe the company Is Subject to any substantial risks beyond the liabilities
disclosed in the financial accounts. The company has three employees ond rent office premises. It holds
public liability insurance.
The company has o formol risk assessment register, which is reviewed on o regular basis.

ourselves oware of ony relevant audit information ond to establish that the company's auditors

The centre is stoffed by one Co-ordinator, Admln15trotive AsSlStant and Volunteers from o group of over
twenty, who ottend on o roto basis. The centre is port of o notional framework of similar centres and
operate under guidonce from the NACCC National Association of Child Contact Centres.

£ 34,856 of grants were received during the year.
Southern Heolth & Social Care Trust ore the Armagh Child Contact Centre Ltd core funders.
A resolution proposing that WHR ACCOUNTANTS LTD be re-appointed as auditors of the charity will be
put to the Annual General Meeting.
