The Trustees shall hold the capital and income of the Trust Fund upon trust to apply the income and all or such part or parts of the capital at such time or times and in such manner to or for the benefit of such exclusively charitable objects and purposes in any part of the world as the Trustees may in their absolute discretion think fit or is without prejudice to: To provide grants for the conservation and protection of the diverse built heritage and designed landscape on the island of Ireland for the enjoyment of the public To provide Funding to help promote the Education of built heritage matters including raising public awareness of building conservation and regeneration To offer and assist with the provision of the appropriate funding of publications to help improve public awareness and understanding of the built heritage of Ireland
