**Purposes:** To relieve those with a learning disability, to promote social inclusion, organise leisure and other activities for the wellbeing of, and promote the benefit of those with a learning disability and their families and carers  (hereinafter called “the beneficiaries”) resident in the Carrickmore and surrounding area (hereinafter called “the area of benefit”) without distinction of age, gender, sexual orientation, disability/ability, race, ethnic origin, political, religious or other opinion by associating the statutory and local authorities, voluntary organisations and the inhabitants in a common effort to relieve those with a learning disability and promote social inclusion.

**What the charity does:** The relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage
