**Purposes:** Ballintoy Young at Heart Club is established to relieve the needs of the aged , and promote the benefit of these inhabitants of Ballintoy district area without the distinction of sex, sexual orientation, race, political, religious or other opinion, by association with statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants, in a common effort to advance education, and to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation or other leisure occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
