I have examined your charity'accounts as required under section 65 of the Charitles Art and my
examination was carried out In accordance with the 8eneral Directlons 8lven by the Charity
Commission Nl under sectlon 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act.
My examinatlon Included a revlcw of the accountlng records kept by the charity and a comparlson
of the accounts presented with those records. It also included consideratlon of any unusual Items
or disclosures in the accounts, and seekin8 explanatlons from you as charity trustees concernin8
any such matters.
My role is to state whether any material matters have come to my attentlon 8ivlng me cause to
elieve:
l. That accountin8 records were not kept In accordance wlth sectlon 63 of the Charltles Act
2. That the accounts do not accord with those accountlng records
3. That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requlrements of the Charltles Act
