It was noted that last year’s payments to the Clerk & Assistant Clerk had been paid in reverse. Therefore the Clerk will be paid £110 + £20 underpayment from last year making a total of £130. The Assistant Clerk will be paid £90 - £20 overpayment totalling £70

2[nd] by Rt Rev. Lena Cockcroft

SUSENTATION FUND

The Treasurer, Rev. Brian Moodie proposed that Glenarm Congregation be paid for 2 years, as they did not cash their cheque last year. Again clarification of those who contribute to the fund will be sought from Mr Esler.

A.O.B

At present there is no update on the Charity Commission. Rev. Dr Davis Steers will submit the required Reports as necessary. It was agreed that the “Public address” with the Charity Commission should be changed to the Treasurer’s address, as this will make things easier to manage, & less changes.

The meeting was brought to a close with warm exchanges, & the expression of looking forward to meeting in person at Synod.

Rev. Rosalind Taggart (Convenor)
